Maybe indicate some transportation in the sky? Making each the buildings a but more unique is a good suggestion.
That’s all I’ve got.
My biggest thing would be to make the window textures on each building a different color.
Where I live, we have buildings with blue windows, tinted black windows, clear windows, silver windows, etc.
