Can’t miss watching all that detail now can we? And how can the Durian team check the quality without? 
Seriously though, I’m sure the Blender Foundation could use that amount of money for something better, and for the rest of us, maybe in 5-6 years we can almost afford a 4K screen… Really great that Durian has 4K as a target in any case! Will that resolution be available (on blue-ray?) for the eventual future when these TVs are mainstream?
