Good sense of space there. I would suggest waaaay to much spec. on everything, and that staircase structure is a bit to chrome looking for me. Is this set indoors with no windows? I would prefer a bit of main key light from the sun/sky light through a window. Rather than the multiple small lights in this scene.
Remember that real light is often just reflections from large surfaces (walls are good at this) so you should light the scene moslty with large area lights or spot arrays, eminatinting from those big surfaces.
