Isn’t this redundance, except one work in a studio that requires specific software.
The Sculpted highpoly of the main character model from the Dead space remake has 140M Verts. The helmet alone has 70M.
blender can’t handle that, infarct blender can’t handle most 3d scanned objects without lagging. it takes several seconds to switch modes with a 6M photoscanned model.
Blender’s baker is also useless. Uses too much memory and slow as fuck. (8gb memory for 2k texture, I have 32gb memory and still can’t bake 4k texture)
