Hey guys! Been a little while since I posted on here but was blown away by The Wild Robot. I hard surface modelled in Zbrush and did all my rendering and compositing with Blender Cycles. I used the Kuwahara effect to give it a more painterly feel. As a result it simplifies the design which in my opinion gives it more of a minimalist design.
I was really impressed with the style they used for the film so I wanted to give it a go!
