i like the one without DOF the best.

the bucket should be infocus and the moon is usually in focus.

perhaps the only thing i think may look good out of focus is the sand in the background.

I personally prefer image #1, without DoF.

I really want to know how much the caracter resembles you. Show us a picture of yourself.

WOW! Great final image! This is CJ material!! (nudge to Goofster).

The DOF is just right, and the lighting is awesome. Good luck in the CG Talk challenge. I have been following some of the entries there and yours definitely stands out as one of the best.

Hmm. I’m Maybe a little late to poste, but personally I like the second pic the best. The first one has almost no focus. In the third one the stars distract you, the 2nd one is perfect.

Fine by me, but that rig was made for stills and i think that making anim with it is absolutley nightmare.
