This is my first render. A creepy robot

I am new to Blender, and this is the first time I actually made something that is not made by accident, I went for something like this in my head. So maybe I thought someone can give some thoughts on it? . This is at 1000 samples. Maybe too much lighting coming from the robot for him to look creepy?
It might look really simple to the big guns out there, but my thoughts are, even though i cant make something complex because i lack the experience, i think the robot has a soul, even though he is a robot. Like there is something more than just a static boring model. I talk about the artistic part.
Anyways, enjoy the robot

did you model the head or sculpt it ?
this is an ice work to new persone , to handel modeling an object and light it,

i think you need to add a direct light to make it more interest , you cnow the kind of light you see on movies
also try using a bevel modifier, it helps hsarp up your model like real hardsurface objects

Hey there!
I started with a cube with some subdivision on it, extruded and intruded the surface, modified thhe shape in edit mode, then i moved to aculpt mode to give it some organic feel.
The light is not straight on it because i thought it would mess the robots darky introduction(feel). But since i didint tried that i could try to bring up the light and see what will happen. Yes i agree, it could use some bevel. Will try to see where cna i put its use to good.

to get as many feed back as you could to improve you need to show us waht are you working on, like try to show us the robot head from front side , and maybe with some wire frames

Oh right! Since i am new i didnt thought about that aproach.

Here is wire mode. So I know see that there is a looooot of tiny wires as you can see. Did I skip an retopo process for more simple outcome?

thats alot of faces on there, try to model at minimam polygon as you can, its easy to control and reshape your model this way !!!

also i found that the best way to model a hardsurface objects is by adding separate part like,
the head forhead / the head face / the head sides and so on

So pretty cool for your first attempt. Now that you’ve played with it a little, I suggest that you go on youtube or the blender site and run through some tutorials so that the next thing you make will be easier for you to make and be made with more skill. Also instead if rendering at 1000 samples try using denoising. You can find tutorials on that too. Don’t get frustrated if things don’t look like you want them to at first. Blender is not the easiest thing to learn to do proficiently. Best of luck! Happy blending.
