It is Me again, now with something that for many of Us started the Video game frenziness, I can remember vividly the emotion of holding this black box in my hands, at that time video games were new, they smelled as new as the plastic console coming out its box!, The phosphoric lights coming out the Tv is something You had to see, the simple fact that You could move something in your screen!, Unbelivable!.

OK, story time.
I don’t even remember how I got my hot little hands on one. I’m pretty sure someone gave it to us. So many silly games. So many hours wasted on stuff like Frogger!
I actually learned a valuable lesson, though. I was once playing Chopper Command, maybe 13–15 years old, and had started in a bad mood, but I was becoming angrier and angrier with the game until, at one point, I actually lost control of my body and was literally shaking on the floor in anger.
Even during that episode I realized that I had done it to myself and resolved never to become so angry again.
Especially not over a dumb video game.
My sisters and I spent so many hours playing together with that thing with multiplayer games like Warlords and Combat and Winter Games.
As the years went by I had to learn how to use a soldering gun to keep the thing working (accessories, mostly — I had to completely rebuild a joystick when it simply wore out from use).
I eventually gave it away to some kids who couldn’t afford something like a Nintendo or Sega Genesis. I hope they got a good number of hours of fun out of it before it became obsolete, lol.
Your artwork is spot-on. It brought back a lot that I had forgotten.

Hello Duthomas!, I am very happy You shared your experiences with Us, I like to share the nostalgia with You friends, I am sure many of Us have fond memories regarding the great atari 2600, one thing I remember a lot is how frequently I used to brake controllers, they were very fragile indeed!

Very well done! I agree that the dust particles are very nice; just the right amount to add realism but keep the model looking clean at a glance. Are these in material or geometry nodes?

Hello sidp! it is amazing You chime in, Thanks, the dust is a combinaion of textures and the mesh has several materials just for the dust because this kind of devices use to have a lot of dust in the lower part of the rows so lets say I could render a very dusty one in that area.
I will try to upload one very dusty later , the consoles in my references look like they were buried in the desert!.
