is there a program that you know of that will make thumbnails out of all the pictures in a director and and make an html webpage of thumbnails linking to the larger pics? preferably a linux program or one that will work in wine. ive tried a few of those php scripts, they’re too complicated and cant get them to work.
IrfanView can do that. It is Windows only, but should run in Wine.

i thought it was possible in the gimp. i guess not.
