After weeks of tweaking I finally published my Tiny City Generator for Blender 4.5 on Gumroad.
Create a Paper Model City by just tweaking a few sliders. Enter dimensions, set the terrain, place a river, add buildings, create your own color scheme and more. The Geo Nodes setup is highly flexible, you can add new buildings of your own, tweak the materials or mess around in the nodes setup. A Quick Guide with a summary of all the settings is included.
