Use orthographic side and front reference, your details look good but your basic proportions are wrong
As Mr Hansen said, your details are good, but the positioning/proportions aren’t quite right.
I would recommend learning to sketch human faces first, to help you get a grasp of where parts “should” be. I say “should”, because that is from a sketching/sculpting perspective. Humans don’t all fit perfectly into these guidelines.
Here are some basic guidelines to go by.
Things to note: top of ears is usually in line with the eyes. Bottom of ears lines up with bottom of nose. Distance between eyes is usually 1 eye.
All of these things can also be changed depending on the age of the character, i.e. babies have different proportions to adults.
One more suggestion is to just use separate spheres for the eyes. You will have a very hard time sculpting the eyes as a beginner.
But you definitely have a good foundation already! Those lips look great.
