To soft elevations in lands

This is a land where the 3D effect is created at Blender using a texture of a elevation map (in white and black) with the modifier Displacement (strength = 0.2).

Is there a tool to make those elevations tips more soft, as a real mountain, instead each mountain be a lot of “tips” as the image?

You could try using a geometry nodes setup for the displacement and modify the mapping with a float curve:

Either you put your strength down… until you meet the “original scale”
or you play with the image settings like for example Brightness or Contrast maybe even Sampling…
or the ColorSpace should even be linear / non-color

or when this is more semi-realistic/ fanatasy you might want to apply a blur filter on the image and import this ???

Thanks. And, instead this really vertical forms (similar to cliffs), would it be posible to unit this individual “tips”, creating one single mountain?

You could just model the single mountain by hand and then add the displace to create some variety.
