Simple shapes are very helpful. Thank you very much.
However, I find it difficult to create an object with many shapes (curved, flat, circle, etc.) in one part with a subdivision surface. As I add more and more details, the flow of the edges becomes uncontrollable and I cannot get a smooth surface.
Does practice solve these problems? Or is there a better workflow?
It’s the holy grail of modeling… and i will never get tired linking this wiki.polycount Subdivision_Surface_Modeling or this thread beeing up 2008… (even from another forum )
