here you go, just to give you an idea. You should really get to know anatomy though. How are you going to model abs if you dont know what they look like first, 
cheers bro, i worked in wire frame mode, and did what i could, but not going for the whole “pack” anymore though, scared i might ruin it lol;). mmm…yeah so next up, arms and legs…;great now i gota go find more reference images…
