The 3d cursor keeps moving the rotation, scaling, and moving tools in Blender. The tools do not stay connected with the objects being rotated, scaled, and moved, but instead, it stays locked onto the 3d cursor, and where ever I left click, that is where the tools go. How can I solve this, and make sure that the tools stay connected to the objects being moved, rotated, and scaled.
The manipulator is located at the pivot point. If you set the pivot point to the 3d cursor then it will be at the location of the 3d cursor. By default it is set to the Median Point https://www.blender.org/manual/en/editors/3dview/transform/transform_control/pivot_point/index.html
