new to blender since 2.8 still working and using Softimage (25Years) https://vimeo.com/92975323
“BUT” trying/starting/learning Blender2.8 and have a lot of Questions, some i can solve by myself but a lot I need help,

so here are is my superhot Question, where i cant find a solution:
in Softimage there is an Option/Property to specify a behavior when i select an Object (Transform Setup) so I can give a bone for example a TransformProperty to only rotate on Z-axis
for the hip-controller it should only move in local-translation , after giving these Properties to objects i only have to select these and soft switching to the given mode(very fast workflow)
