Transparent Background on Video Render

Hi Guys!

I’ve attempted my first 4D animation, and really happy with it! I want to use it as a spinning emoji for Telegram, and having issues saving my render as a Transparent file.

I have tried many suggestions found on YouTube, but it just isn’t working. It keeps saving my design on a black background and it’s driving my insane!

I’ve attached the file, hoping someone could take a look at it for me?

It’s being saved as a Telegram Emoji, so must meet the following criteria:
100x x 100x PX
.WEBM Format

Any help is REALLY appreciated, I can’t wait to get this finalized.

Hi and welcome to the BA forum. your video render clearly has the alpha Chanell and render with transparent back ground.

Did you check the file? Is everything set up correctly? Any ideas as to why it isn’t saving on a transparent background?

I’m saving it as RGBA | FFMpeg Video | WEBM Container | QT Animation

Yes i have checked it, and did video render and opened it in blender video editing and it is with transparent background.
It could be that the media player that you opened with didn’t support this format?
