triangle count and blender physics crash threshold

Hey guys, quick question.

I’m running some physics sims and baking them to my fcurves… how do I find out the polygon count in my scene and what is the poly limit for the game engine physics simulator?

You can see the number of vertices and faces up in the top of the screen. Just to the left of the scene changer it says VE and then a number. There is also FA and a number. These are for the totals, not for individual objects.

I don’t know the limit, but I know that the more you have, the slower it runs.

Always wondered what those were for. Thanks man.
