Great character design, very cute. Maybe some more subsurface scattering and / or less ambient occlusion for the skin areas might improve the renderings.

Artistically, I really like it! Looks simple, but also complex upon closer look. Expressions are also well done!
Bit unnecessary question, but I struggle to guess her age though, mostly due to over stylization. I’d believe you if you were to tell me she’s anywhere from 15-35 years old. I don’t see a problem with this “critique”, but I wonder, if there could be something else done artistically that would show more accurately her age without such a broad guessing. All while keeping all these Disney characteristics.
