Nice. The characters are all very expressive. I’m sure it was a ton of work keying all the animation for all three of them.
Schweet! Lotsa personality comes across in a short time. Only crit (tiny!) is that on my monitor it all looks a bit low key in the lighting, for a stage show. The poster frame looks nice and bright and saturated, the video, not so much.
Nice animation but give these characters a little more humor spirit and dynamics (see this example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wCkerYMffMo ) and more light of course.
I liked the animation. I agree that light is too low for a stage performance. Keep it up!
