Trouble shooting: Render result not same as viewport

2 trouble shooting:

Output is a mkv file straight out of cycles rendering.

Firstly, here is what I see in viewport. It is a water cube that reflecting the above object. No matter its denoise or not. This is what I wanted the rendering video look like. (BUT I CAN NOT UPLOAD SECOND IMAGE BECAUSE I’M A NEW USER)

But rendering result just not right, be like this.

Here are the water cube shader editer setting.(BUT I CAN NOT UPLOAD SECOND IMAGE BECAUSE I’M A NEW USER)

Also the rendering setting as well.(BUT I CAN NOT UPLOAD SECOND IMAGE BECAUSE I’M A NEW USER)

Second trouble. The crack appealed on the water.(BUT I CAN NOT UPLOAD SECOND IMAGE BECAUSE I’M A NEW USER)

Hope that someone could help me. It seems like nobody had the same issues before. Or I couldn’t find one on the internet.

Can you send me the .blend file? There are so many things that could be wrong so there is no help in anyone guessing.

Are you using Eevee or cycles? And if you check the outliner, are there any objects that are unchecked for viewport but not render?

Yes. May I have your email address??
I’m using cycles. I had checked it, can’t find any different that make this happened.

I think I found the issue. The two Water Cube objects are overlapping, and while you have disabled one of them in the viewport (The closed/open eye icon) you have not disabled it in render (the camera icon)

Hence, when you click render, the two Water Cube objects overlap and cause something called Z-fighting.

Try unchecking the ‘camera’ icon in the ouliner of the Water Cube ( without physics ver.) object and see if it works.
