Trying to get the correct perspective -- HELP!

Hi Folks:

Working on a project that is based on a photograph – it is NOT intended to be an exact duplicate but I want the same general feel and look.
Here is my original picture

This is a wonderful picture from the Inn at Old Faithful

This is my rough up rendering - -its by no means complete

The problem that I am running into is I cannot seem to get the perspective right – im not sure where I am going wrong – if anyone can please help, I’d be very very thankful!

To get this right you have to know which lens the camera used that made the photo.

There is a plugin for blender too, so it set up blender camera settings right and even put the foto in it correct for remodelling.
