This is a speed render I created by mashing together my one and only decent human sculpt with a bunch of procedural ornaments.
The spiral in her face was created with a half sphere and an array modifier, and the complex details in the background were produced by the torus knot generator that ships with Blender. Turn on the Add Curve: Extra Objects addon in the user preferences and you can access it with the add menu. The options allow for a practically infinite amount of unique, intricate 2d and 3d procedural curves. All the materials are procedural (except for one grunge texture I used in the background)
I rendered and post-processed the shot in Blender using Cycles with 32 samples and 4k resolution.
