Tweaking hidden vertices?

I’m using the TWEAK tool to line things up to a reference photo. I’m in Wireframe mode, but the Tweak tool still seems to prefer working on the vertice closer to the the vuport view ‘camera’. Since most/all of these vertices are in line w/the axes, this essentially doubles the amount of clicking I have to do.

What is the solution for Tweaking all vertices that are lined up in the vuport axes?

If I understood you correctly then it would be better to use another selection tool like the border select or circle select, then use the g command to move the vertices. The tweak select tool is more like away to quickly move one thing at a time.
