Very cool. I opened this topic without checking who made it and seeing the artwork I immediately recognized it as a sozap. Like many others said before me, I’d love to see this animated. Heck, I’d love to see a full feature movie in this artistic style. Keep up the great work sozap!

Thanks you very much, it means a lot ! I’ll see if I challenge myself to turn that into an animation, or maybe next time I’ll try to account for that early so it becomes easier to manage ! I agree that it’s seems the logical next step to explore that style in motion !

I like when a piece of art, 3D or otherwise, is so engaging that you don’t even think about how or why it came to exist; it’s the impact one remembers. This UFO chase is like that. It has a uniquely original feel that makes it stand out.

Thanks ! Well I made animating the scene quite challenging, even if many parts like smoke system are ready for animation. Basically I cheated too many things that I would need to deconstruct to rebuild it better.

So instead of doing that I’m currently moving on new stuff and keep exploring FX and stylized renders but this time I’m building it with animation in mind :slight_smile:
