What would you change/add to make him a better look ?

i am not much of a fan of particle hair in general. its a prettu good start. give the guy some eyebrows. the stubble looks decent. play with the texturing
i reckon his chin should become more like his neck. his shape looks good but it seems like you just shoved it onto some shoulders
like the snot, very repugnant:)
