Unable to post in Released Add-ons and Extensions

Hi! I’d like to share X4D, my free, open-source Blender extension, and invite testers and contributors.

However, “Released Add-ons and Extensions” appears as read-only in the category selector. Does my account need a higher trust level or moderator approval to post there?
