Fantastic and life like! Is the moss hair curves?

Very nice! - are you a biologist?

Hi Engart, thank you.

Hi Jason, the moss is not modeled using a particle system or hair curves. It is a moss model from the Botaniq add-on. It is placed in suitable locations manually, using the snap setting and automatic rotation on the rock surface.

A particle system would also place it in places where it is not needed. This way, it is only where it makes sense.

Oh interesting! - that would be an excellent Zen thing to be doing! - do
you have anything online to look at?

I can imagine this stone being used in a Zen garden.

Online, I only have a link to my IG account, which you can find in my profile or under IG peter.cerny.visuals, where I have a selection of the best of both worlds - garden design and 3D visualizations.

All the best

Hi Jason, I have had good experiences with the Botaniq add-on – I recommend it. It offers a reasonable selection of well-tuned assets.

This is nice!. I can almost see tiny biomas and creatures among the rocks. Also …reminds me a lot of Unravel photography
