Nice scene, but your fishes have a very weird behavior : this vertical moving is not realistic at all.
I like the cartoon look and colors, except this weird red squale !
This scene reminds me the scene I made some time ago :
You could try to animate the fishes with waves or shape keys, and make them follow curves. They would get much more life !
