I bought the GTX 1070, an EVGA. It works and everything, but performance wise it’s very underwhelming. I don’t feel like I’m getting much more performance out of it than my R9 280X from a couple of years ago.
What gives? I thought this thing would breeze through scenes. Can I use it AND my R9 at the same time to get better results?
It’s not setup in Blender yet from my understanding. Just wait.
Hi, use space search for “Debug” type 256 in field.
A new menu pop up in render settings and you can use OpenCL for all devices, check split kernel or mega kernel you have to test what work on your cards.
This work on CPU too with OpenCL driver.
