Unexpected Behaviour from Polygon Fill

This is a specific case, where the fill operation is not yielding expected results. I tried multiple times. I also tried changing the concavity slightly. But it is not working. What should I do here? (I selected all edges and pressed F).

What you’re seeing is a concave quad, which is prone to display artifacts. Either mitigate this effect through a tidier topology or simply triangulate the fill (ctrl T) after its creation.
