Unreal Blueprints & Houdini nodes in Blender!

It was still on my backlog.

i discovered pyflow (discussed before in this thread) which is more polished than my own implementation, so I created a blender addon in this github repo to test it out in Blender. It’s pretty good, but complex to create new nodes IMO.


Some sample code for a node that creates a cube. a lot of code for something so simple.

It seems Blender considered a similar feature (everything nodes) in the past, but abandonded it.

there’s also a paid addon serpens that provides a node based script pipeline.
