Unusual problem with fluid simulation

Can anyone figure this one out? I created a fluid sim a few days ago at 220 resolution. It required 437 megs. ok cool no problem here. Everything worked fine. I am now trying to make another one, but when i try to set the resolution to 200, it is now asking for 770 megs! I am trying this with the most basic possible settings and a scene consisting of a simple cube domain, and a simple cube fluid. My computer is getting a little outdated, so it just cant handle the 770 megs its asking for. Any ideas why this might be happening? I can even load my original .blend file and its only showing 437 req megs. but anything i try to create now is asking for amost double that ammount. I just don’t get it. I can supply the .blend file if that helps.

Nevermind, I figured it out. Apperently the scale of the domain has alot to do with the required memory for fluid sim baking. bummer i will have to either bake at a lower resolution, or scale my domain down to a more resonable level
