UPBGE collision

UPBGE 3.6 I selected the “capsule” in collision blounds, the physics is Character. However, the capsule doesn’t surround the entire object (“Char”) even though its mesh is larger than the Char, and it’s not in the correct orientation either. The collision capsule is crooked, even though I haven’t changed the orientation of the capsule, i.e. it’s already original.

What should I do to fix it?
