OK, so if this is going to be your update thread, there are some anatomy issues you should be aware of.
This muscle or bone has no human counterpart. There should probably be a depression here between the trapezius and the sternomastoid.
The trapezius, from the back, is shaped like a trapezoid, not a hemisphere.
This guy’s got other anatomical problem areas (he doesn’t appear to have a sternomastoid, for example.) I’d suggest that, in addition to studying your reference images of Hulk, you also take a look at anatomy references and images of body builders. Burne Hogarth’s Dynamic Anatomy is an excellent reference for the style you are working in.
