I made the building in the middle then surrounded it with pre-fabbed assets, except for the trash bin on the corner which I also made.

Excelent observation!
I think the environment around the trash bin is the best part… the trash get’s only littered when the bin is in direct sight… nowhere else… like: Oh yes a bin… i wanted to get rid of this thing in my hand since…but not there…
