User preferences not appearing.

Hello,

Whenever I try to open my User preferences, the borders are still there, but the inside is transparent. It doesn’t crash when opened or closed nor is it a black screen.
I would provide a picture, but I’m having trouble with the print screen and my other snapshot program. D:

Is it a problem with my computer? I have a 32-bit windows vista home premium Toshiba laptop. The model is a Satellite A135.

Hi, it is your Graphics Processor I bet.
Try change 3DView to User Preferences and change Window Draw Method in System to other values than Auto.
