Uv map for each face / Polygon

Hello. Iam actually changing from 3dsmax to blender.

I want to have a texture to be shown on every face / Polygon of my Modell.
So for example having a texture of a Circle in each poly.
In 3dsmax i can simply Change mapping method from plane / cube / sphere / cylinder to face.
IS there an automatic way in blender?

Its pretty simple to make the UV map do this:

In edit mode select all,
Then press u and select reset.
