UV map messed up

please help me

I’ve made a beautiful uvw map for a mouse.
Now for some reason it is totally messed up.
I did make real an armature modifier before, and removed multires, but I’m not sure if this was the reason or if the mess happened before.

The polygons are all at the right place, but turned, each one differently. On the Screenshot you see that on the UVW, the hairs go along the selection, but on the model (and on render too), they are turned by 90 degree.
Also I noticed that in the UV Editor, when I press ctrl L, it doesn’t select the whole piece of UV but only some of the polygons.

What should I do?

Is it possible to import just the UV from an older file version? I have such, but I don’t want to import the whole model because I animated the mouse meanwhile, and don’t want to lose it.

Can you just reset the map and unwrap it again the same way?
