Posted this to my sketchbook but I think these are far enough to actually get finished at some point.
This was the first WIP over the weekend:
And for an immediate second update - I worked over the materials today. They were made in Substance Designer, though. Really hope Blender gets there as well some day.

Updated the laces to be flex laces with a better material.
Yeah. I think that’s as far as I take these.
Will render a few arranged shots later this week and then post it to finished at some point. Learned a lot. Still hate modeling shoes. Would love if blender had better texture painting tools.
