Hey guys, (this is an edited post, please scroll down to see why)
I’m back again with another Dragon Ball Z sculpt. This time its Vegeta, wearing his iconic Saiyan armour from the Vegeta saga, early in the Dragon Ball Z series.
This is by far my best sculpt so far, in my opinion. Ofc I still have a long way to go. Thanks for our support guys.
EDIT: so i figured out why some of my renders were coming out as bland or looking a bit flat. It had to do with the compositing i had done at the end. I reuploaded the images again, this time the colors are correct. The problem was that, when i rendered the image, i rendered it in the filmic color space, and then when i added the rendered image into an image node in the compositor afterwards in order to add a background, it reconverted the composited image into the Filmic color space once again, thus i unintentionally lost color data. and it ends up looking bland. Look below for comparison images and a screenshot. The fix is to go into the Color Management tab and change the
View Transform from Filmic to Standard (while compositing, not while rendering).
Sorry to edit and thus post twice, i wanted to highlight this issue just incase others were experiencing similar issues, it seems obvious enough but i missed on it completely, now i know
