Vertices "sticking" to another bone

Hello,

Check out this file. In pose mode, move the middle finger tip and notice how the index finger attracts vertices from all other fingers when they come near it.

I though it was an envelope or weight paint problem, but I don’t see the issue.

It is because you have multiple armature modifiers. You should not have an armature for each finger. Instead create all the bones in one armature.
