Video+Motion/photoscan to 3d model? (WITHOUT AI)

I recently have gained an interest in 3d model scans and importing real world terrain&building data into blender. I looked up some ways to do this myself, and found many addons for importing stuff like this. I wanted to try out scans as well, so I opened up google earth studio and rendered a video as a test. I remember seeing some article about using a maya or 3ds max plugin to use videos and the data earth studio exports, but I cant find it. I remembered a while ago I had installed polycam to test this out when I was going through a similar phase, so I imported the video into polycam. The model was very wobbly and low detail, which I think is partially because of me, but I also found it used ai to scan the terrain. Im not going to ramble about how bad ai is, and leave that discussion for some , I could fourm. I’m anti-ai and thats all to know. Specifically the reason why I wanted to scan something myself is to create something similar to how the google earth 3d data looks. I know that sounds weird, but the imperfect but great quality is absolutely what i’m going for, and apparently, the scans were made from four different isometric angles and lots of math, plus there are ways to use phone lidars to make photoscans, So I’m kind of confident when I say there are ways to do this without ai. Of course, I could absolutely be wrong here, but I think its worth looking for.

Sorry for the wall of text or if anything doesnt make sense. I did NOT proofread this lol

Tldr: Can you make decent photoscans without ai? Preferrably free, but I doubt anything would be this perfect down to its price. :3

This is a link to the free photoscan tool.

The results of the photo scan vary depending on the quality of the photographing source.
