This add-on is to Orbit, Roll and change view focal length modal, by mouse click-drag.

Ctrl + Shift + Middle drag > Orbit Vertically
Alt + Shift + Middle drag > Roll View
Ctrl + Alt + Shift + Middle drag > Change Focal Length
