Hi I downloaded the latest build of blender from builder.blender.org (not sure if it’s the latest stable release) to get familiar with the new ui, however, when I go to viewport rendering in cycles it shows the alpha bg and says “Loading render kernels (may take a few minutes the first time)” I’ve waited 15 minutes and the render still won’t show, is this normal? I doubt that it’s a lack of RAM as I have 32gb and 2 Geforce GTX 780M graphic cards.
Does it render in CPU only mode ?
In the actual scene I was trying to render neither worked, however, when I load up the default scene both work. My guess is it’s the complexity of my scene as I have many reflections and subdivisions.
LOOOL I just noticed that I had the pause button pressed XD sorry bout that.
