Vmats 1.3 changelog:

  • 206 new Cycles and 206 new Eevee materials, totally 412 new materials added.

  • VSHADE updated to 1.5.0 version.

  • “PARALLAX OCCLUSION MAP” alternatives added for height map.

  • All materials redesigned for Eevee’s “Screen Space Reflection”. Nearly all materials reflect objects in the scene (not only Environment Map) anymore. Some complex materials can not do this (example some “Pearl” materials).

Hey…Mac user here. I can’t install Vshade and don’t understand the guide. Big Sur 11.1 won’t allow me to use /root directory as I understand it. Perhaps you can explain it?

Do you have any plans for adding various volumetric materials like fire, smoke etc? I have not seen any volume material templates in the list.
