Create a seperate objects and merge them together with the bolean modifier :wink:
Together with Dyntopo you can easily and quickly add more elements to your mesh.

Going up, RedBarn. I’ve always loved your work because they always look so sweet. This makes no exception. I don’t know how you add that sweetness in your sculpts, but you must keep with that style. By the way, waddles would be proud of its 3d version, it really shows up its charm :yes:
