Wanna get rid of the reflection of the light on water

as you see, the light doesn’t show up in camera but it reflects on the water.

I wanna take it off.

any solution??

In Cycles, these are the options I can think of:

  1. Turn off glossy in visibility options.
  2. In nodes, make it invisible to single ray only. Experiment with light path node.
  3. With nodes, make it “directional” (like, simulate barn doors - tricky and might not work here).
  4. If you want it for the room only, consider using global AO instead, or bake it down to emission added to the walls.
