I’m working on a short film and I’m looking for someone experience with creating 3D Modeling and CGI work. It will be a live action short film. The 3D Modeling and CGI will be of a human transforming into a monster. It won’t be more than 30 seconds for that scene. I’m on a budget but I’m willing to pay.
