I want to create an incremental scaling of the cylinder. the scaling should happen towards the outside like you see here;
I Also would like to have control over the amount of outer rings, that are created, aswel as the distance between the outer rings itself.
The center ring should stay in the center and this should have its seperate control over size and scaling, and the distance between the outer rings.
I’m doing it manually like this at the moment:
If there is a smarter person than me in here willing to explain it to me, much appreciated
Try some thing like this…
Hope that helps
how would i go about scalen the elements but only on the x and y axis?
They are only scaled on the x and y axis, they are then extruded.

I managed to get it done like this
Thanks so much for pushing me in the right direction.
I’m trying to challenge myself today, have not been feeling creative lately. I’m trying to recreate this tutorial I saw from someone creating this cool effect in C4D (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yIiIdxRvgYg&ab_channel=SketchyVisuals. )
Cheers
